IMPEXRON GmbH processes accepted orders within a commercially reasonable period, subject to product availability, supplier lead times, payment verification, regulatory review, export/import requirements, and logistics conditions.
Delivery Estimates
Shipment and delivery dates shown on the website, in quotations, invoices, emails, or other communications are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing as guaranteed.
Potential Delays
Delivery timing may be affected by supplier shortages, carrier delays, customs procedures, sanctions screening, force majeure events, weather conditions, documentation issues, port congestion, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
Shipment Changes
If shipment timing changes after order acceptance, IMPEXRON GmbH may notify the customer of the revised timing and, where required by law, provide available options regarding the unshipped portion of the order.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, receiving arrangements, and any required import, customs, tax, technical, or regulatory documentation.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title transfer may pass in accordance with the applicable quotation, invoice, shipping term, carrier arrangement, or other written agreement between the parties.
Shipment Issues
If a shipment is lost, damaged, incomplete, or delivered incorrectly, customers should notify IMPEXRON GmbH promptly and retain all packaging, labels, and delivery records to support review and any carrier claim.
