Return & Refund Policy

Returns require prior written approval from IMPEXRON GmbH. No return, refund, exchange, or cancellation is authorized without written confirmation.
Key Restrictions
Many products are sourced based on customer requests and specific requirements, making all returns subject to final review, written approval, supplier status, and terms in applicable quotations or invoices.
Condition Requirements
Approved returns must generally be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
Special-order, custom, built-to-order, configured, supplier-allocated, customer-requested, non-cancelable, or non-returnable items are generally not eligible for return.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may incur restocking fees up to 25% of purchase price, plus inspection, repackaging, supplier charges, payment processing, freight, customs, and other non-recoverable expenses.
Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return results from IMPEXRON's confirmed shipping error, customers bear responsibility for return shipping, packaging, insurance, duties, brokerage, and transit risk.
No Guarantee of Resolution
Return authorization does not guarantee refund, replacement, repair, or credit. All returned items require inspection and final determination upon receipt.
General Exclusions
Products cannot be returned simply because they are no longer needed, incorrectly ordered by the customer, unapproved for projects, or delayed for reasons outside reasonable control — except where law requires otherwise.
